More recently, Dr. McCoy has served as nursing faculty at Walden University, Individual Service Coordinator, Wyoming Department of Health, Independent Contractor and Consultant for Sylvan Learning Systems (2003-2006), and interim Director of Nursing Programs and Mentor, Western Governors University, Salt Lake City, UT (2006 – 2008).
